You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Designed for demanding workplaces, the Scanjet Enterprise Flow N9120 fn2 Flatbed Scanner from HP can efficiently transform your paper documents or books into 600 dpi files. It counts with a large flatbed ideal for bound media as well as an automatic document feeder, with both options scanning pages as large as 11.7 x 17" and the ADF going up to 11.7 x 34" when "long scan size" is selected. Speeds of up to 120 ppm are possible in single-sided mode, and go up to 240 ipm when the unit is set to automatic duplexing.
The Scanjet Enterprise Flow N9120 offers both USB 2.0 and Ethernet connectivity, allowing you to network the unit for easy job sending from multiple locations. An 8" touchscreen, complemented by a pull-out keyboard, also makes operation easy when you're up close and personal. The scanner produces 24-bit color images and can export to several different file formats including PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and HTML with the assistance of included OCR software. Around 200 sheets can be loaded in the ADF at one time, with the unit handling large workloads of up to 20,000 pages a day.
