Brother ADS-1200 Compact Color Desktop Scanner

Designed for home offices and small workgroups, the ADS-1200 Compact Color Desktop Scanner from Brother offers a compact design and simple workflow applications for all your small office needs. Utilizing a 20-page automatic document feeder, the scanner features a 600 x 600 dpi optical resolution, with a maximum interpolated resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. Simplex scan speeds are a fast 25 ppm, while duplex scan speeds are an impressive 50 ipm. The ADS-1200 scans multiple sheets up to 8.5 x 11", and for single sheets the unit can scan oversize documents up to 8.5 x 34". Multiple "Scan-to" destinations are supported including File, OCR, Email, and USB flash memory drive, and a dedicated card slot makes scanning plastic cards quick and easy. Once scanned, documents can then be optimized with automatic color detection and adjustment, bleed through prevention and background removal, hole punch removal, text enhancement, color drop, deskew, and more. Additionally, the ADS-1200 includes a software suite with document management tools and OCR (optical character recognition) software.
